About the Role
What you'll actually build
TechDesignDedics builds PipeNudge and DealShield — always-on AI workers that enforce CRM hygiene and deal governance for enterprise revenue teams. Our research shows 34% of Commit-stage deals are advanced without required evidence, costing boards reliable forecast numbers. We fix that at the system level.
As a Founding Intern, you'll build across the full platform — not a single feature, not a sandbox environment.
ML-powered real-time scoring of every CRM deal against MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN, or custom playbooks. Updates within 60s of any field change.
Golang webhook services intercepting CRM stage advancement events and applying 30+ governance rules — blocking reps with precise missing criteria.
Next.js interfaces for configuring methodology playbooks, reviewing manager overrides, and exporting compliance reports for CFO and board.
Append-only, hash-chained audit log of every gate decision. REST API for GRC tools. 7-year retention with tamper detection.
Tech Stack
What We're Looking For
- Python — Production-quality code, async patterns, REST API development. You've shipped something beyond tutorials.
- Machine Learning — Feature engineering, classifier training, model evaluation beyond accuracy. Understand regularization and the bias-variance tradeoff.
- Next.js / TypeScript — Server vs. client components, data fetching, multi-page React apps. Next.js 13+ experience preferred.
- Golang — Goroutines, channels, and building clean REST services. Familiar with Go's concurrency model.
- Systems thinking — You ask why before how. You want to understand the business problem, not just the ticket.
